Circle Y is considered junk along with any other flex tree saddle and most consider a good basic unadorned saddle to start at 2500 dollars which is not going to happen. Wife wants to fix it up but I reminded her on how much it hurts. To boot that its plumb wore out, fenders need replaced, dog chewed on one stirrup, billet and strap need replaced, really should not have been riding it. Since that is no longer an option I had to use my crappy saddle and remembered quickly why I hate it so much. When we lived in california a friend boarded his mare at our house and I used his nice 20+year old circle Y. Amazing what kind of mood it puts your wife in when you do something like that )Īnyways the other reason that I haven't rode in 4 years is the crappy saddle that is mine. Saturday My wife convinced me to (she hasn't exactly been riding much either) and we went for a lovely trail ride.
